A client of mine began completing one of our forms on 12/23. He says he returned to it over the next several days and added more information - he was able to pick up from where he left off each time. Today, however, when he tried to access the form, his data was no longer there.
The form has Autofill enabled. The client says he has not deleted his history or cookies (he verified this by viewing his history data). He is using Internet Explorer.

Unfortunately, there is not much that we can do since the data is not stored on our side. Is there any way that the user used Windows Disk Cleanup tool or some alternative to clean the disk space, and that tool deleted mentioned browser local storage data?
Your form is currently configured to set 4 weeks time to live parameter on the data, so that this is not an expiration issue.
As an alternative, you can switch to our old sessions based save and continue method:
It will be saving the data on our servers, but require two forms. Note, these browser local storage and session methods are not compatible, you can use only one at time.
