Delete and old user profile and email response

    My customers are receiving 2 emails from this account - one from me, Amber and one from Janelle who is no longer with our organization.  I need to ensure Janelle is deleted from our profile along with her email notifications.  Specifically I am referring to our Installation Dinner form but also will want to delete her from all the other forms as well for future.

    I have checked the forms configuration. I do see that the AutoResponse Emails do contain Janelle's name. Meaning that when a user submits the form, her name appears on the email they receive. I do see that Email Notifications are being sent to: 

    At this point you can delete those email notifications. Do note the user's will stop receiving the Auto Response Email from when they submit your form. 

    Another option is to change the Sender Name and Recipient Email. To avoid her anem form appearing and for Email Notifications to be sent to that address, respectively.

    Do let us know if you need assistance, deleteing these Email Notifications or modifying them to a different Sender Name / Email Address.
