How can I only send the fields that the customers answer to them in the autoresponder email?

    Anyways, I've got a new question:

    How can I only send the fields that the customers answer to them in the autoresponder email?

    E.g. A client has a choice to make an appointment at location A or B, & she chose location A. Can the email only show the time & date selected for location A?

    If your objective is to only send the data that has been filled in your emails, you can simply enable the Hide Empty Fields option in the Advanced section of your emails.

    This will prevent the email from sending any fields that have been left empty. So, if your users select a location A and not B. The data for location B will be hidden as it is left empty.
