Why are we not getting all the forms that are being submitted?

    We are not receiving all the forms that are being submitted. Our patients tell us that they are filling them out, however the email never comes through to us.

    Your email is not on our bounce list. I checked your email in our server logs too and all the latest submissions were successfully sent to your email address.

    So far, I don't see any emails that failed to be delivered to your email address. If you did not receive some of them, it could be an issue on the receiving side. Please check your spam folder, maybe some of the emails landed there. If not, check if there were no emails coming from JotForm that were blocked on your side. If the problem persists, please add JotForm into your email server's whitelist, this should help. More info: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
