My account was disabled due to size. I tried to log in to upgrade, but it will not let me. I have 2 pieces of art I need to retrieve. Help!

When I try to sign into my account it says the username and/or password are incorrect. I clicked on forgot password and send reset instructions but I don’t get an email? What do I need to do?

Your email address "email@example.com" is not in our bounce list. You should have received the password reset instructions in your email.
Have you already checked your spam folder. Do check and get back to us if the issue persists. We will reset the password from here.
