    Signing into my disabled account

    My account was disabled due to size.  I tried to log in to upgrade, but it will not let me.  I have 2 pieces of art I need to retrieve. Help!

    When I try to sign into my account it says the username and/or password are incorrect. I clicked on forgot password and send reset instructions but I don’t get an email? What do I need to do?

    Your email address "artdept@pro-ad.com" is not in our bounce list. You should have received the password reset instructions in your email.
