Jotform integration issue with my custom CRM

    Hi There,

    I am having an issue with Jotform integration with my custom CRM. When a Jotform is completed it sends a contact name, email address and JF questionnaire ID.

    The JF questionnaire ID is sent as a link that can be clicked so we can view the form. For some reason, some forms can be viewed via the questionnaire ID link and others can't. I have spoken to my web developer and he is not sure why this is the case.

    See the email trail below, is there any reason why you think this may be happening?

    Hi Craig,

    The doctors are having an issue with the Harley CRM.

    The jotform link that is uploaded above the "notes" section seems to work sometimes and not others.

    Out of the contacts for this month, only half of the links are working.

    You can fix this by disabled an option in your account settings.
