I just tried commenting as someone who does not have an actual JotForm account and the comment was saved.
On the other hand, all comments, whether from a JotForm user or someone who does not have a JotForm account, are only viewable to JotForm users.
Previously you mentioned:
This user is able to see other comments and it looks like she is able to leave a comment, but it does not appear to her or others.
However, you mentioned now that the comment is not saved.
It might be helpful if the comment option wasn't available to someone who can't comment.
Can you please confirm which is the actual scenario that boire@sbcglobal.net is experiencing?
We can send it to our backend team, however, we need concrete details on the issue as depending on it we will either forward this as a feature request or a bug.
Please also share a screencast of him filling out the comment section where the comment is not saved since we are unable to replicate the issue.
