for some reason my forms are no longer streaming straight into Salesforce. Is there any reason why this would have happened?Asked by miraclebabies on January 07, 2014 at 07:23 PM
We had assistance with creating the jotform and integration into Salesforce initially, it was all working smoothly from September to November and now it seems that the Contact Record Type has switched and now since December (from what I can work out) the Contacts have stopped streaming into Salesforce completely.
I am logged into Jotform and as I have go into the Integration section under Salesforce CRM, it is telling me 'Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out.' I don't know what to do know or how to fix this problem by entering in a new security Token or checking that my password etc is correct? How do I do this?
I can't reproduced the problem on my end. That error usually appears when token expires or inactive. Have you tried generating a new security token on your salesforce account?
My test just now shows everything is fine: https://shots.jotform.com/elton/Screencast_14-24_08-01-2014.mp4
Please try it again and update us here if the issue persists on your end.
once I get a new security token, then what do I do, where do I go, how do I make my forms working from there?
Sorry does that mean that I log into the screen that says "Let's get started' - Does that mean that I have to Integrate with salesforce again?
Yes, you have to re-integrate your form with the new security token. You have to take the security token from your salesforce account then paste it to the security token box under login details when you integrate your form to SalesForce. Check this visual guide:
