I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Are you getting any error while checking your submission page?
Upon checking your form's submission list, I did not find any issue. You should be able to check your submissions normally.
Here are the steps:
1. After login to your JotForm account, click on "My Forms" from the top menu.
2. Select the form for which you want to view the submissions.
3. Click on the "Submission" button:
Do check and get back to us if you have any problems.
