How to submit form without payment.

Hello, Is it possible for a customer to submit an order and pay later?

There are a couple of ways that you can allow customers to pay later. You can simply use the Product List. However you will have to implement a second form to collect payment later. Otherwise you can use enable Payment Authorization which will allow you to guarantee the payment, but wait to charge the card.

The product list tab under the basic menu is not clickable for me so I can not check out that option. Can you help me with that?

I see that I did not fully explain. I apologize for any confusion. You must create a new form to use the Product List by itself. Each Payment Processor integration adds it's own Product List, though it is bundled together so this is not obvious on the users end. Unfortunately there is a limit of one Product List/Payment Processor per form.

However, we do have a guide that describes the process of using multiple payment gateways together. In this guide, Purchase Order is the same as Product List.

Ok, thank you. So there is no way for me to use the Jotform as just an
order form without any kind of payment attached to it? I don't think that
will work for us as our customers are individual stores and their invoices
are paid by the central administration.
