    Sorry bu i have the same problem like one month ago, the e-mail allert don't arrive, someone can help me, I follow also the guide and i try with noreplay, from the site of jotform works the test but from my site no.

    this guide i saw before and i applied this 1 month ago, now i don't know why it happened. now is ok i hope forever :-)

    If this still happens on a random manner, please try to use the method on our guide
    How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address

    You will need a Mandrill account for this so be sure to sign up for their free account first. This should let Mandrill forwards the email alerts using your email address via SMTP rather than directly from JotForm to recipient.

    Anyway let us know if this issue still persists and if the Mandrill does not work.  Thank you
