Don't Delete My Forms!

I received an email about my forms being deleted on Monday and I'm freaking out!

We have been users of JotForm for over a decade and we have referred MANY paying customers to you over that timeframe.

While we are huge fans of your platform and love telling people about it, I was disappointed to receive this email.

The email states that I have reached my upload limit but according to my account numbers I have only used 80% of my upload space.

Can you please provide me some support here? We CANNOT have our forms deleted.

    Thank you for your time!

That's only a warning that you are about to reach the account's upload space limit and submission storage.

As checked, you're on a FREE submission so you can only accept up to 100MB of uploads and store 500 submissions.

For the uploads (currently 80+MB usage), you would need to upgrade to a paid plan to keep the files and plan to accept more than 100Mb of file uploads. Or if you don't want, you can download the submissions so you could have a local copy then delete them from the form to free up space.

    Here's how-to-download-the-submission-files. While here's how-to-delete-form-submission-data.

While for the submission storage (currently 271 usage), older submissions will automatically replaced by newer ones if it already reached 500 submissions.

The email very clearly states, " Your forms will be disabled on Monday at 12pm EST." That doesn't sound like a warning to me.

As you can see from the picture, submissions are not the issue for me. Upload space is, but again I only have 80% used. If I had used 100%, I could understand the message.

    Hey there,
We see that you reached now 116.72 MB of upload space.

You would need to upgrade to a paid plan to keep the files and plan to accept more than 100Mb of file uploads. Or if you don't want, you can download the submissions so you could have a local copy then delete them from the form to free up space.

    Here's how-to-download-the-submission-files. While here's how-to-delete-form-submission-data.

    Best regards.

So my account has been disabled.

This weekend I spent a lot of time deleting submissions. We hardly have any on there now so I'm not sure why this is happening. Can someone please call me or live chat with me to resolve this?

I'm not sure how I started this conversation with 80 MB and after reaching out to you (and deleting most of my submissions) I now have 116 MB. How is that possible?

As I said, I have deleted most every submission, emptied the trash and still the upload space has not changed. It's gone up!

Please, I have clients trying to book appointments online right now. What can I do besides upgrade?

I see that my submissions and upload totals have finally been updated on my account but my forms are still disabled. Can you please let me know how I can expidite them being restored?
