I am currently testing Jotform for our swimming club to become our new way to register all swimmers for the many competitions that we enter through out the year.
I have created some test forms and have parents trialing them out. The key benefits being that parents can check at any time to see if they have registered there child for an event as some are entered quite far in advance.
The whole jotform works very well and is an ideal fit for us, but I am trying to display the entered data for parents to review in a clean and simple manner, for this reason I used the Visual Report Builder.
I have inserted a grid listing and under the options chosen to exclude some columns as I do not wish for sensitive data to be displayed, email, DOB, Tele number etc. No matter how I set it up, each time I view the report the info keeps displaying.
I think I am also expecting too much when I set up the display sizes for the grid etc in the visual report builder and expecting it to remember the display sizes for the grid etc that I have set up ?
I would appreciate any comments relating to this, is it my mistake, or can I not exclude columns from a report that I make public.
Would I have to upload the report elsewhere as say Excel then filter it and re-output the results ? (I hope not this way, as the report tool is excellent and means parents can track all entries easily and makes it much easier to administer).
Thank you veyr much for your help in advance.

I tested our visual report and I was not able to reproduce the issue. I was able to hide the fields I need to exclude.
So, I would recommend you to remove the current report and try rebuilding, that should fix the issue.
Now, I can see that you have included a grid listing only in your report, so, if you only need to display a grid listing table in you report, you should consider using our Grid Listing report. It will only show a grid listing of your submissions and you can even choose the fields you wish to appear in the table, You can learn about it at this guide:
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I just realised the problem, thanks to you posting your screen grab, my list is so long on the form I do not get to see the save button !!!!!!! DOH !!! that is the problem all along. Thank you it would have been a war of attrition with me saying No it does not work !! Your picture shows what I am missing because of the form length.
Also I use the Report option like this as I can embed it in to my web providers site (Moonfruit) extremely easily and it auto fits and has scrolling etc.
If I use the Grid Listing report, I can embed but it squashes it all up. The visual report is much more ideal for my situation.
Thank you so much for the reply and helping me to see where I was going wrong.
