Hi and happy new year!
On my form "Nytt påmeldingsskjema fra 2014" i have an autoresponder that goes to all my employees everytime a new customer fill out and send the form. On the "autoresponder 2" there is no option to choose the actual name that a customer fills in as senders name, there is only a text field.
On my old customer registration form "Kontakt oss", there is no problem to choose one of all the fields in the form as sender name.
How could i fix this also work on my new form?

If I understand your requirements, it's actually a notification which needs to be used for this,
not an autoresponder. Select the Navn in the "Nytt påmeldingsskjema fra 2014" form in the same way you have done it the Timebestilling notification of the "Kontakt oss" form:
In the Recipient E-mail of the new notification, include all of the email addresses which are in the hidden field. (Please see this guide)
When done, click Finish and save the form.
