How do I allow my assistant manager to receive notifications of submiss

How do I allow my assistant manager to receive notifications of submissions as well as download in pdf format. Right now she receives the notification but then only sees the online submission form not the pdf.

I want us to be able to receive the notification and print the pdf so that either one of us can handle the incoming submission. She does not have the option to download in pdf format.

You have full control over email notification settings on each form.

1) You can change the email recipient on the Email Notification settings.

You can save as PDF exactly the way your Form is by using the following option:

Using the Print button - include a Print button in your form and click it when you preview the form.
