I don't want to give Jotform full access to my entire domain and files. In the event Jotform is ever breached, hackers would have access to all my data. The only way I can see to avoid that is to add another Egnyte license with limited access permissions. That would essentially add $20/mo to my cost for using Jotform more securely. Is there another option I'm missing?

    Hello,

As far as I know, Jotform's Egnyte integration only needs the basic read and write access for saving files and folders rather than full access.

Aside from Egnyte, you can also use the following File Sharing & Storage integrations. There are free alternatives like Google and Dropbox.

Regarding security, Jotform is trusted by over 10M users worldwide, such as nonprofits, educational institutions, small businesses, and enterprises with a solid 15-year track record, so I'm pretty sure it's secure.
