Cancelling Subscription - Making sure I do not get billed

    Hello

    I'm Douglas De Ford and I payed a one month subscription. 
    I can see that I'm still subscribed and not on the free service.

    Can you please verify that and if so please eliminate me from the automatic renewal.

    Sorry about that, I checked your account and found that your account had gotten stuck on Downgrade even though you had opted out of your Subscription back in October. I fixed it for you. :)

    You were not charged from October 2013, so it appears that there is nothing that we can refund.
