How can customers enter more than one coupon code for a payment?

Hi, I have a couple of issues with coupon codes that I need help to fix, preferably today, 6/621.

Issue #1: I have two separate coupon codes, and I need customers to be able to use both for a single payment if both codes are applicable to them for that one single payment. However, a customer said she can only enter one code. I have screenshoted the coupons below.

I did a test and tried to enter one code, followed by another code, but there's no ability to enter a second one after the first has been entered. Screenshot below.

I tried to enter the sibling discount after the first time enrollment (FT2021) discount, and there's no option to do so. There's only an option to click "Change" to change the code. Can I add an option button like "Enter Another Coupon Code"?

I also tried to enter two codes in one field, like "FT2021, SIBSUM2021" and that didn't work.

I also tried to duplicate the coupon code field so there are two sepraate "Enter coupon" fields that appear, but I didn't see an option to do that.

What's the difference between applying a coupon to a product vs the subtotal? I have each coupon applied toward a product. What would change if I apply it to a subtotal?

How can I allow customers to enter two codes for one purchase? This is my #1 priority to fix.

Issue #2: Also, at first, a limitation I put on the codes was a 1x usage. But that resulted in my first customer saying an "expired" notification appeared after she used a code once for one child and tried to use it once for her other child. I realized the 1x usage was being applied for any customer, i.e., one time ever for only one customer and one purchase. How can I set usage so that a customer will use a code 1x per child per season? Is there no option to be that specific? I instead set an expiration date, but I really want to modify this so customers don't try to use a code more than once per child per season.

    Thank you,

    Kelly

"How can I allow customers to enter two codes for one purchase? This is my #1 priority to fix."

By default, the payment field coupons feature allow for only one coupon to be entered per submission. However, you can replace this with basic calculation conditional logic then pass the final value after all discounts to the payment field.

When you set a coupon to be used once before being expired, this means only one submission can use this coupon. So, regardless if it's the same user or not, they can only use it once per submission.

The workaround above would also enable you to achieve what you're after regarding this.
