I need to cancel my subscription and it’s not letting me

    Upon your request, I have cancelled your bronze monthly subscription plan. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay bronze until July 07, 2021, for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.

    Please let us know if you want us to process the refund for your last payment as well, and we will do the needful.
