A prior employee handled this account and failed to leave the company information on how to access/change/update our jot form.
Could you please e-mail email@example.com this information so we can make some modifications to our our jot form and or upgrade if needed.

Are you refering the account with the username loudickinson? If so, I just sent a password reset email with the needed instructions so that you can change the password. You should have received already the email at the inbox of firstname.lastname@example.org.
