Restoring a Field for Automatic Responder email with PDF

I am happy that both recipients and myself receive automatic emails with a PDF view of the recipients' answers in PDF form.

At some point, I was given the option to select the fields I wished to view. I selected all except for the last two fields. I need to restore the view for one of those fields. How do I do it?

Is your question related to the fields in Email Alerts or the fields in PDF Document?

You can customize the table of Email Alerts and add/ remove fields. You can also create a new Email that will by default have all form fields.

If your question is related to the PDF Document, you can customize it or you can create a new PDF Document.

    Thanks for the info!

Quick follow up question. The easiest solution appears to delete the email template and re-add a new one. I just want to make sure taking this step will not delete anything I have received from recipients thus far.

As long as I do not lose already collected datate, I am happy to delete the current email template which allows me to re-add a template that contains all the fields for which I need feedback (or in effect restore all fields).

    Thanks!

When you delete the email notification/autoresponder template, it won't affect anything so feel free to recreate your email anytime you want to.
