    Hello,

    My name is Matt Shaltry and I am the Director of Product Management at Redroof.

    We have a Jot Form that is utilized on our RediPromise page.

    This account was created by a former employee Kevin Scholl who left a few months ago.

    We are experiencing an issue with the form at this time, and the login info that Kevin left us does not work. His username email was kscholl@redroof.com

    We need your help in transferring the ownership to myself or another on my team.
