I changed the email address under My Account but am still receiving my jotform submissions to my old email address, is there something else I am supposed to do?

You have to change the email in your Email Alert settings. Please see the image below:
1. Go to email alerts then click on the notification
2. Click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings
3. Add or change the email under Recipient E-mail then click on finish.
