Section Collapse and next button are not working.

In the first section where I have a collapsible area it won't allow it to collapse and then it doesn't allow the user to click the next button to go to the next page.

I notice that there was a change to my original form that now in the preview form it shows a choose file button in the upload pictures area. I did not change this. Was there an update done to the program?
