Hi. I'm trying to change the font size on my questions to 14 pt. But when I do as shown on your help page https://www.jotform.com/help/186-how-to-change-your-forms-font-size it only changes the font size of the title at the top. I want the font on my questions to 14 as well. Thanks.

    Hi Paul.

Card forms don't have an option to be edited with CSS. You can change FONT FAMILIES at the Custom tab in Form Designer.

You can edit style in Classic Form. You can design the classic form like a card form. You can change Form Layout to Classic Form and add Page Break. You can follow these steps for how to do it.

    1. Select Classic Form at LAYOUT tab in Form Designer.

    2. Add Page Break after each question.

So sorry to trouble you again, but is there a way for me to change a few of the questions on a survey without losing the responses I've already received?

If not, is there a way for me to save the responses I've already received in a single file?

Thanks so much! (Sorry, I don't use Jotform very often, so I struggle with things that should be easy).

    Paul

    Hi,

You can export the submissions as an Excel/CSV file.

Or, you can hide the existing fields and create new fields instead.

Thanks so much! Now that I've added new questions (eg 3, 7, 9, 17) how do I get the text to be the same size as in the other questions? I had to add the CSS you suggested to get that text bigger. I've tried adding numerous #label_numbers, but with no luck.

If there's a way for me to know which label number to add when I add new questions, I won't need to bother you about this in the future!

    Thanks again,

You can use the browser console in Chrome and find the "id" then apply the font-size property. You can check my screencast below for steps.

Thanks! I ended up not having much luck with Chrome, but went into the Dev-Show Web Inspector part of Safari. It was then easy to see what the "#label_?" was for each question. I was then able to enter that into the Jotform CSS for each one where the text was smaller, and it worked fine.

    Thanks again,

    Paul
