Quota Met

    Hi!

    My form is saying that the quota (payment) has been met. I have removed the payment integration from the form but I am still unable to access my form. Would you be able to assist?

    fyi: I currently have the form disabled so that others will not see the error message

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, the Payment submissions counter will reset itself on the first of every month. If you wish to receive more payments in your account then you'll have to upgrade to a paid subscription.

    Removing payment integration will not affect the payment submission limit. Let us know if you have any other questions.
