I noticed today that the toolbar that normally appears at the top of Jotform has been duplicated and "stuck" in the "Support Materials" section of my form, which is near the bottom. It doesn't appear in the preview, just in the edit view. Can this be removed?

This is a known issue with Google Chrome v32. You can fix that by updating your Google Chrome to the latest version (v33). Get v33 here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_google_chrome/. Make sure to export first your bookmark or save your personal settings to Google Chrome so you can retrieve it back later after the installation.
