How to find my own tickets in the support forum?

    I have started a string of questions that were changed into a pribate thread. Which is nice!

    But how can I access that thread now?

    The questions were submitted from this account and the initial one in the thread was about how to find JotForm developers.

    Thank you for contacting us. 

    You can click on your own username as shown. 

    I'm not sure if you have that option though, please let us know. :-)

    Hi TitusN,

    Thank you for the link to the original thread. That takes care of the problem now. But my name isn't clickable, even though I am logged in. See screenshot.

    Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

    Hey Ondrej,

    You are not doing anything wrong. 

    Apparently that's an internal privilege (don't tell anyone :-) )

    In that case, just go to the support forum and search using your username. 

    Your latest threads may not appear immediately, though, it will take time for them to be indexed for search. 

    And of course, you can always ask us to locate them for you. :-)
