How do you send form attachments by email?

    Our form allows you to upload a logo, but the email alerts don't allow you to access the logo through the email. Is there any way to make sure the attachment is there as well?

    Hello!

    If you'd like to get the uploaded logo as an email attachment, please navigate to the Notification Email's Settings, and in the Advanced tab, turn the Send Uploads as Attachment option on:

    Thank you Michal, I tried that option, ran a test, and the uploaded image still didn't go through as an attachment. The form is integrated on our Shopify website, so maybe that takes a little longer to update?

    Hello!

    I've checked your form again and I can see that the option is still turned off:

    Make sure you click Save after setting the option - email settings, unlike some of the other settings in Jotform, don't save automatically when set.
