    Hello @coachandcoperformance,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Please note that it is actually not possible to add an EIN field to the payment integration. However, you can add it as an additional Number field either below or above the payment section.

You can also make it an optional field that is hidden and shown based on the user's response. For example, you can add a Single Choice field where you can ask if the user has an EIN number, and if the answer is yes, then you show the field.

So I won't need to use my EIN number to collect payment? I was trying to
run a test it said to confirm test worked by accepting email confirmation.
The email confirmation never came through.

My apologies, I believe there may be some confusion here.

I was under the impression that you wanted to ask your users for EIN numbers within your forms' payment fields. You do not need to enter your EIN number to receive payments on your JotForm account.

All you need to do is integrate your payment gateway to the form, connect it using your account credentials, and then you are ready to start receiving payments.

However, if you want to avoid the fees added by PayPal for your payments, you need to provide your EIN number and tax-exempt status to PayPal directly. We do not process that for you on our end.

The "test payment" didn't seem to be sending an email through. Never got
the "test payment" email. Will try again.

Do check and let us know.

Which email are you referring to? Is it your notification email?

If you are referring to this form https://form.jotform.com/211583819560157 I can see that you have integrated the PayPal business payment field.

Please note that you need a business account on PayPal.

You need to connect to PayPal with your business account creds and complete the payment setup on the form in live mode to successfully accept payments via the form.
