I'd like to create a downloadable ticket that my customers can receive via the thank you page or by email once they complete a purchase via my jotform. Is this possible??

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
When you say you want to attach a "ticket" are you referring to a receipt or invoice for the purchase?
If so, this is definitely possible. With your payment integration, you can select to create an invoice for the payment that is made and then send that invoice to the user in an email after submission.
