Good morning,
I'm having a critical problem this morning where people are not seeing any assigned forms on mobile. Nothing has changed since last night and I've closed/logged out/done all the trouble shooting I can think of.

May we know which device are you using?
Is your Jotform app is the latest? Have you updated your app?
Could you please re-install the app and then chcek.

iPhone 11
App Version 1.16.12
Re-installed yesterday and was still empty.
It seems to of corrected itself this morning somehow. Still wanted to make a note of it. Thanks.

I tested out in iPhone 6s when I was assigned to the ticket in my last post but could not replicate the issue.
Perhaps there might be a temporary issue.
Let us know if you experience the issue once again.
