ACCIDENTALLY DELETED MY QUIZ - HELP!

    The quiz list keeps jumping around and when I think I've selected one quiz it actually moves and I've unknowingly selected a different quiz. I just did this and accidentally deleted my primary quiz that I have spent hours edited. Please help me retrieve it.
