And I'm using jotform to communicate between field ops guys and the guys in the office... not for a website. Is there away i can create a network for our company so we can all easily access and submit forms? sort of like how you can share google docs amongst your network.

Thanks for your message. You can access your forms with Safari for iPhone. But due to performance issues (i.e. small screen, wifi/mobile coverage limitations), it is not advisable to edit the forms from there.
With the JotForm iPhone App, you can receive and manage form submissions more efficiently. For more information about the JotForm iPhone App, please visit http://www.jotform.com/iphone.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!

Hi. willwinston seem not to continue his question.
I can add my view, and thats confusion.
The webb AND iphone app is really your best idea to use forms. Not only to receive but more likely to SEND.
I want a host for my questonaire, form or report. And as such you want to make forms that can be used from Jotform to send data to your office from outside, or collect data from several field personell.
If your idea was to make forms for webpages it's too simple. But as a hosted report tool it's great.
So please let us send forms from the site to email or to be collected in the site.
Kind regards, Par.
