My Jotform Is Lagging Out

    Hello Jotform, one of my jotforms is acting super weird. Can someone please help with this. The jotform is just extending downwards when the page opens ruining all traffic I am driving to it. Here is the link. Please help. Need this fixed ASAP.

    Hi there,

    Could you please provide us more details about the issue? Do you mean your JotForm account keeps logging out? If JotForm frequently logs out, it may be due to your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

    Kindly please try a different connection to see if that'll at least help.

    A local company is providing a Jotform page for placing home delivery orders. I’ve tried filling it in on my iPad (6th generation, iPadOS 14.2) in Safari, Firefox and Edge browsers. Thinking it was a problem with my slow house internet, I also tried it on my iPhone in Safari, using cell data. Same problem each time.

    The page takes about 2 to 3 minutes to fully load. Then as I start filling out the form, suddenly the page will reload and all my entries are lost. I tried to research this a little and somebody had mentioned a javascript issue. So I’ve tried it with javascript turned off or on but it doesn’t make a difference. The business said to make sure autofill is turned off, which it is. I tried clearing the Safari cache.
