i am not getting emails again when i fill out formPage URL:

That is because your form settings are incorrect. You have NO sender email to one of your form and no sender name to the other.
I've fixed this for you. Also note that you have a different email recipient to both the form you have. Kindly check Spam Folder and if possible, add email@example.com to your safe sender list or contact list.
