I wish to set up an option for users to pay for their purchase in 3 installments. It could be thru PayPal or Stripe (i know only one per form). CAn this be done?
Thanks,
Allen

Hello Allen,
Paypal has a payment feature called Pay in 4 which allows customers to pay for their purchases in four interest-free payments over a six-week period. This is the only feature I know that is close to what you're looking for since Stripe doesn't have this feature.
To learn more about this, please check this article with guide https://www.jotform.com/blog/announcing-paypal-pay-in-4-integration/.
And here's a video tutorial
Hope this helps!

Thank you @EltonCris. It won't work for me this time as the 'product' I'm selling is tuition to a summer camp that is >$600.

Hi Allen,
$600 is PayPal's limit, so we can't increase it.
As a possible solution, you can use the PayPal Personal integration and sell subscriptions. This will allow you to limit the number of payments to 3.
