getting a "too many connections" error

    Seems like this form didn't record the details? So writing again...

    I'm getting this error, 2 respondents that I know of have gotten it in the last week or so. It seems to self correct, the support person previously thought it was due to too many connections on the user end.

    My respondent today spent 45 minutes giving a detailed response... is there a way I can make responses recoverable in case it happens again?

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. The issue may be temporary, however, you may consider adding Continue Later feature instead and advise the user to save their submissions before continuing.
