Hello,
I work at a dental office and I set up an account to make a form and send it to myself as a trial, when I emailed the link it is forcing me to set up and account or log in. I do not want to make our patients create an account to fill out the forms. What do I need to do to solve this problem?
Thank you,
Cayleigh

If you do not want respondents to log in before filling out your form, then please make your form Public. Note that setting it to Public simply means that anyone can fill out the form. It does not mean that anyone can view the submissions. Only you have access to it unless you share it.
Then, when sharing your form, just copy your form's URL and share it with others using your own email account or social media account.
Avoid using the Invite By Email as it assigns the form to another user and requires them to have a JotForm account.
