It seems there may be a problem/glitch with using google chrome for editing forms.
I have switched to firefox after clearing cache on chrome did nothing to resolve the issue and firefox is OK.
What happens is that when I'm editing this form I can scroll so far before I see the header tool bar again and it's over sitting over the top of the form layer. I've attached a screenshot to help.

This is a known issue with the google chrome version 32.0 not quite sure with other versions but this occurs with version 32.0 try updating your browser to version 33.0 and see if that fix the issue.
Let us know if the issue still persists.

I've tried to update to version 33.0 but it's still showing I have version 32.0 after restarting chrome.
Chrome is supposed to be an automatically updating browser and on searching for the latest version it only seems that version 33.0 is for OS devices? My browser shows that it's up to date with version 32.0...
Version 32.0.1700.72 m

Our developers are now aware of this issue and is currently working on to fix this problem. My colleague has already submitted a ticket related to this same issue http://www.jotform.com/answers/314520. We will update you once a fix has been applied but try updating it to 33.0 if it push through as you mention that it was saying that 32.0 is the most updated version. I'm not quite sure if 33.0 if only for OS device will try to check other non-OS device and see the latest version of chrome.
