How can I change the fields to print?

Until recently there was a setting to change the fields that printed when printing a form submission. Now it only prints part of my form. How do I change the settings to print all text on my form and include the submission IP address.

Please know that the print button integrates with the browser print function. Whatever you see on the page is what you get when printing.
