You can actually download the submission data of your Survey form as Excel file.

Please refer to this guide on -How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

You can also generate Excel Report.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

Thank you – I actually did find out, so everything OK ☺
I have another Q though… was wondering if there is a chance “behind” the system to rate answers with numbers.
    f.ex if I make options – Poor – Acceptable – Good
and get these answers in the excel file – it would be fast to make an illustration/graphics – if these answers was also given a number – as: 1 – 2 – 3
I cannot make graphs from texts as: Poor – Acceptable – Good, but numbers would work. Do you understand what I mean?
So if these numbers was put in a column next to the text in excel – it would be easy to make a graph.
Looking forward to be hearing from you - and by the way – Really like your Survey tool..!!!

    Hello Jan,

You could use formulars in excel to generate the numbers from the text responses

Would the rating field under survey tools do?  It gives the results in numbers so you can easily generate graphs. Please check it out.
