i would like to create a form with multiple levels of approvals ?

On the first level the approver is required to enter information that will be used in logic to determine the workflow path , is this posible?

    Hello childrightsambassadors,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We currently don’t have the feature to add information directly to the form.

That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on the feature requests. However, we will inform you on this thread if they have any updates.

If you require any further assistance feel free to let us know.

The first approver can add a comment when approving the form by following the instructions below.

    1-Go to the main page

2- Select the form you would like to set approval flow and then click the “Edit Form” button.

3-Click the “Form Builder” on the top of the left and then click the “Inbox” button.

4- On the bottom of the “Inbox” page you can write additional information you want to add and then click the approve button.U1Vriid5YJ JVAeN9o5uvnN6k eqNxBuLBzfqKBl Screenshot 10

5-Finally the other approver is able to see the comment that is written by the first approver
