From your screenshot, it seems you are creating a zap to send the uploaded files from your JotForm submission to the Wordpress media library. Is that correct?

You just need to create the zap to connect JotForm with WordPress and when the form is submitted, the uploaded image should be sent to your WordPress library.

    I found the answer!
In order for Zapier to read images I needed to go to my JotForm settings and uncheck the box that says:

Require log-in to view uploaded files

    Then it works!!!

It would have been great If Zapier or JotForm had this in a FAQ somewhere.

We're glad you have the issue resolved.

"It would have been great If Zapier or JotForm had this in a FAQ somewhere."

We already do have a guide for it, which is below.
