    What type of "over the limit" notification does the end user see?

    Once you reach your submission limit of 100, your forms will be disabled.
    The following error will be displayed when a user visits the form:

    Form Over Quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for
    the next month when your counter resets to zero. You will also receive a
    notification email once your forms are about to be deactivated.
