Hi there !
Previously for the form: Silent Heroes 2021 Application
we used to receive all submitted items from form as an attachment to the email in PDF format.For the past few months, there isn't any PDF or uploaded attachments send along with the mail.
Kindly advise why we are facing this issue, and share ways to fix this ASAP.
Hoping to hear from you soon as our nomination forms are ongoing, we need this to be rectified ASAP. Please get back soon.

I inspected your form and the PDF Attachment option is disabled in the Email Notification settings. If you want to receive PDF Document as an attachment, please enable the PDF Attachment option.
However, please note that the attachment limit of Email Notification is 5 MB. If this limit is exceeded the uploaded files and PDF Attachment will not be attached.

thanks for the quick response.
Even if i enable the "PDF attachment", its still disabling when i check again.
Any idea why ??
Please get this fixed asap!

Don't forget to scroll down and click the Save button - the PDF Attachment option doesn't save automatically as some other JotForm settings do:
