If someone ordered a product via form, I can't find the ordered product from the form inbox.
Can anybody guide me

Hey there,
I can see that in the inbox is shown the product ID and the priceAs well I did a test on my end and I see all info submitted.
Could you please tell us if something is missed?

The missing part is PAGE 2 - Choose any one of your favourite from our library
The product chosen on this page by someone is not displayed on the form Inbox. You can see all the fields are displayed skipping PAGE 2 in the form inbox.

Thanks for waiting.
I did check your form and it seems that this Category field is in the Product list Element and as I tested - it's not possible to add Category to the Inbox submission view.
Also, I'd recommend you to delete and set up a Product list Element once again. You will need to select the Purchase order or another Payment Getaway in order to see selected items in your inbox.

I don't see Purchase Order in my list of payment options?
Kindly Note: I don't want to integrate payment options into my form cuz, we need to verify their details before someone makes payments.
Apologise, for not understanding the simple format, Please explain in detail.

I've fixed everything, you have mentioned but still, the product field is missing and also I noticed the Page 1 entries are missing in the inbox.
Can you please guide :(

I see that the form has been set up as suggested by my colleague. Could you kindly try to submit a test submission again? Let us know if the issue still persists.
If the issue still persists, would you allow us to do a test submission on your form?

Hi, Thanks for the response.
The problem still exists. I've attached the screenshot for your reference. You can see that PAGE 1 and PAGE 3 of the form fields are missing in the Form Inbox area.
It could be a lifesaver and I'm happy if you can try test submissions from your end.

Hi Smth,
Upon investigation, there Product List field will be hidden when these criteria are fulfilled, therefore your responder will not be able to fill it. Since your responder will not be able to fill it, it will become empty and an empty field won't appear on Inbox depending on settings.
You will need to adjust the Conditional Logic or remove it.

That’s Great!!! It's working. But I have a question for you.
My customers can select only one product in a form, and after selecting the product it will redirect them to the concern page to fill in the details. But after filling in the details, if the customer comes back to the previous page and selects another product, that product will redirect them to another concern page. By the end, the customer will submit the form.
When I check the Form Inbox, I’m seeing that the customer has filled two product detail pages.
Example: Customer selects the product name (Sheet Music) on page 3, it will redirect to page 4, Then the customer fills the details…
afterwards, the customer changes his mind and returns to page 3 and selects a new product (Live Session), it will redirect to Page 5. Then the customer fills in the details and submits the form…
As per the knowledge of the customer, he selected only the Live Session but When I see the form inbox, I got the field filled for two products (both Sheet Music and Live Session), which makes me confused about the customer selection.
How can I fix it! For this reason, I’ve given the conditional logic to hide the previous page, but that is not working out.
