    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    I have reviewed your account and I can see that you are currently subscribed to the Bronze monthly subscription. The current monthly period is set to end on June 12th, 2021.

    If you no longer wish to renew this monthly subscription, you can simply cancel it and revert your account back to Free. This can be done by accessing your Billing page and clicking on the "Downgrade" button on the Free subscription box.

    Once you downgrade, the plan will be cancelled and your account will revert back to Free at the end of the current monthly cycle. Here is a helpful user guide for assistance - How-to-cancel-a-subscription-and-downgrade-back-to-free
