I called authorize.net and they confirmed that I have the correct information. I made sure there were no extra spaces as well.
Please advise as what steps to take to get this working.

That is because you've enabled SandBox Mode while you are using your LIVE Keys. One more thing I noticed is that your API Login ID seems like invalid. API Login ID is different from your Auth.net Account Login ID, as far as I know.
