Submitters are not receiving confirmations.

    I checked your autoresponder settings and there's no Sender Email set in the Advanced tab. Please set it back to the default Sender Email noreply@jotform.com and let us know how it goes. This might help fix the problem.

    If the problem still persists after you make actual submissions on your form, let us know so we can also make an actual submission on your form to test your form's autoresponder.

    Thank you. It appears to be working now that the autoresponder email address is in place.
